Your listing on realestate.com.au will remain until withdrawn by you, or until you have successfully found a tenant and have leased the property. There are no ongoing, monthly or any other hidden fees. The $99 is a one-off payment with your rental property being listed on realestate.com.au as a standard listing. Our standard rental account now also features a listing (also listed until leased), on domain.com.au
Please note that realestate.com.au does not allow casual listings from members of the public and so you cannot list your rental with them directly. However, by listing through Rent Street, your property will be published to realestate.com.au without you needing your own account with them. In addition to this, you will also be able to make use of 1Form applications that tenants submit. Again, you will not need to have your own account with 1Form; all applications will be processed by Rent Street and sent straight through to you.
We do also have a $199 package available should you need a ‘For Rent’ board and would like to conduct tenant checks using the National Tenancy Database.
